Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before using FabGo Logistics
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FabGo Logistics platform operated by Adefab Global Resources Ltd ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access our platform.
Shippers
- • Must be at least 18 years old or a registered business entity
- • Provide accurate cargo descriptions and weights
- • Not ship prohibited, illegal, or undeclared hazardous materials
- • Make timely payments for services rendered
- • Maintain accurate contact and business information
Vehicle Owners
- • Register all vehicles with valid documentation
- • Maintain appropriate insurance coverage
- • Employ licensed and vetted drivers
- • Ensure vehicles meet safety standards
- • Complete deliveries as agreed without unauthorized deviations
- • Report any incidents or delays promptly
Booking & Matching
FabGo operates as a matching platform connecting shippers with vehicle owners. We do not own vehicles or employ drivers. Acceptance of a booking creates a direct contract between the shipper and vehicle owner, with FabGo acting as facilitator.
Pricing & Payments
All prices displayed include a 10% platform service fee, applicable taxes (7.5% VAT), and optional insurance. Prices are subject to inflation adjustments as displayed at the time of booking. Payment must be made before shipment pickup.
Cancellation
Cancellations are subject to our Refund Policy. Repeated cancellations may result in account restrictions or termination.
Platform Liability
FabGo facilitates connections but is not liable for actions of shippers or vehicle owners. Our liability is limited to the platform fee paid for the specific transaction in question.
Insurance Coverage
FabGo does not currently offer or provide cargo insurance. We have not yet partnered with a licensed insurance provider. Shippers and vehicle owners are solely responsible for arranging their own independent insurance coverage through licensed insurers of their choosing. FabGo assumes no liability for loss, damage, or theft of cargo during transit.
Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify FabGo against claims arising from their breach of these Terms, misuse of the platform, or violation of any law or third-party rights.
- • Shipping illegal, stolen, or contraband goods
- • Misrepresenting cargo type, weight, or value
- • Attempting to bypass platform payments
- • Harassing or threatening other users
- • Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
- • Using the platform for money laundering or fraud
- • Interfering with platform security or functionality
- • Sharing login credentials or account access
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation.
Dispute Resolution Process
- Contact our support team within 14 days of the issue
- If unresolved, request formal mediation
- Mediation to be conducted in Lagos, Nigeria
- If mediation fails, disputes may be brought before Nigerian courts
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
