How to request account deletion:
- Send an email to support@fabgo.app with the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
- Include your full name and the email address associated with your account.
- Our team will process your request within 14 business days.
What gets deleted:
- • All personal profile information (name, phone number, address)
- • Account credentials and login data
- • Preferences, saved routes, and communication history
Data retained for legal compliance:
Certain data (e.g., transaction records and invoices) may be retained for up to 7 years as required by Nigerian tax and financial regulations, even after account deletion. This data will not be used for any commercial purpose.
