Submit Request
Log into your account and navigate to the shipment details. Click 'Request Refund' and select the appropriate reason.
Provide Documentation
Upload any supporting evidence such as photos, communication records, or damage reports if applicable.
Review Period
Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days. You may be contacted for additional information.
Decision & Processing
Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within the stated timeline.
- Platform service fees after shipment has been picked up
- Insurance premiums once coverage has commenced
- Cancellation fees as specified in the booking terms
- Charges for additional services already rendered
- Refund requests made more than 30 days after delivery
If you disagree with a refund decision, you may escalate your case:
- 1. Reply to the refund decision email within 7 days with additional information
- 2. Request a review by our senior support team
- 3. If still unresolved, submit a formal complaint to our Customer Ombudsman
- 4. For disputes exceeding ₦500,000, mediation services are available
